　　The scaffolding safety net should be erected on the outer frame. Before the dense mesh is hung, the flat net support rod and the safety flat net should be set up, and then the support rod is fixed on the outer frame. After all the safety flat nets are set, they are slowly laid flat. During construction, it is strictly forbidden for scaffolders to climb the outer frame to set up a safety flat net.
